
Payment & Cancellation Policy
🔹 Payment Terms

Materials:
Customers are responsible for the full cost of materials at the time of order. This ensures your flooring is secured and ordered directly for your project.
Materials are non-refundable once ordered from the supplier.

Labor:
A 50% labor deposit is due at contract signing to secure your installation date and cover scheduling.
The remaining 50% of labor is due immediately upon completion of installation and customer sign-off.
🔹 Cancellations

Before materials are ordered:
Your material payment will be refunded in full. Labor deposit is refunded minus a $150 administrative fee.

After materials are ordered but before installation:
The cost of materials (plus any supplier restocking fees, if applicable) is non-refundable. Labor deposit will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee.

Within 72 hours of scheduled installation:
The material cost remains non-refundable, and the labor deposit is non-refundable (installers have already been scheduled).
🔹 Refund Exceptions

If materials cannot be obtained due to discontinuation or backorder beyond a reasonable timeline, a full refund will be provided.

If Pittsburgh Flooring Direct fails to perform the installation as agreed and does not remedy the issue, refunds will be issued as required by law.
